Hickling and Squires Ltd recognise that concerns of an environmental nature shall form a fundamental part of our corporate strategy. We will continually demonstrate this by our commitment to the minimisation of the environmental impacts of raw material sourcing and their manufacture.

Through self-regulation, together with the discipline in meeting all relevant environmental legislation and with a sympathetic outlook towards our customers and suppliers guidelines, Hickling and Squires Ltd shall:

•	Purchase paper that contains raw pulp in its manufacture that is - Derived from sustained forestry management and is elemental chlorine free (CFC)
•	Encourage the use if recycled materials wherever possible.
•	Minimise the creation of waste and wherever possible create a use for that waste; and waste must be disposed of that it fully complies with all relevant legislation.
•	Ensure that all employees are aware of this policy.
•	Promote this policy to all suppliers and contractors.
•	Continually give consideration to environmental impacts or all our operations, the overall objective being to constantly improve out environmental performance taking such consideration into account such as the usage of water, power and transportation etc.
